Kleos, which was founded in 2017, develops satellites to create data that can be used by governments, intelligence agencies and businesses. The satellite developer has received a €1 million grant from the Luxembourg Space Agency, a government arm promoting and funding space developments in the Grand Duchy. As of today, Luxembourg is home to approximately 50 space companies and research labs, and the space sector’s contribution to the nation’s economy is among the highest in Europe. sources
